Rick Casey leads a discussion on how San Antonio may be in a great position to acquire a $5 billion Tesla Motors "GigaFactory" ... an economic coup that could rival the arrival of Toyota. The GigaFactory, with up to 6,500 workers, would produce high-tech batteries for Tesla's electric vehicles. San Antonio has some sales points, but there are also some serious obstacles.
