A rezoning fight on the South Side where 300 people stand to lose their homes is being called an example of a growing problem in San Antonio.

In this case, the Mission Trails Mobile Home Community, which sits on the newly desirable Mission Reach area of the San Antonio River, may be replaced by a $75 million, 600-unit apartment complex. Out with the old, in with the new? Rick Casey Investigates.
