To some it looks like light rail. Others say no, it is a street car. Whichever, it has become a political football. The firefighters union is fighting it. The billionaire Koch brothers may drop big bucks to try to kill it. And it is expected to be the centerpiece of Republican Carlton Soules campaign to unseat longtime County Judge Nelson Wolff. We talk to two journalists following the issues.
